I was really pleased with the service I received from Rheem. I installed a new water heater on 11/18/2025 at my home. After installation was completed I turned on the electric, but after many hours there was no hot water. I called Rheem for assistance and immediately they created a service call and dispatched US Water Heating Solutions to investigate the issue. In the meantime, though, I was able to resolve the issue, but US Water Heating Solutions still dispatched their technician, just to make sure everything was okay. I thought that level of customer service was really exceptional. The technician, Kevin, came to our house and did a thorough inspection to make sure the water heater was functioning properly. Kevin, even suggested to steps I should follow to prolong the life of the water heater. Very proactive! In addition to being very knowledgable in his trade, Kevin is a very personable man. It was a pleasure working with Kevin. He is a real asset to his employer.

My water heater services 3 apartments. When it stopped working I heard all about it at volume 10. US Water Heating Solutions to the rescue! One of their techs had a hard to find part on his truck and came out to install it on a Sunday! Super nice and knowledgeable guy. Did fast, clean and thorough work. And he used data to determine the problem and confirm the solution - inspired confidence and relieved stress. I had them come back out on a weekday to upgrade one part that was giving the tech some weird readings. All is now well and Im glad to have these folks on my team should future problems arise. Definitely recommend.

I called Rheem for a warranty repair on my hot water heater and they picked who to send. I could not have been more happy with the out come. The technician showed up at the end of the window I was told he would show up. Pretty good in my book since I also do hands on stuff and realize one thing gone wrong or something not planned for can really mess up a day. He got right to work. Figured out both the heating elements were bad in my hot water heater. He had replacements on his truck. Replaced them, and gave me a little bit of an education while he was working. I really try to stay away from people working in my house but sometimes I can’t. Especially when I’m trying to learn something new. He handled my stupid questions very well and when it comes time to need someone back I will call them directly. Sometimes it is just better to have a professional do the work you know you can figure out but, after some mistakes, it now makes financial sense to have the right person out the first time… fortunately I did on this one. Thank you much.

This was a warranty service call to replace a water heater part that was broken out of the box. The tech was prompt and very thorough checking over the entire install not just the broken part. The couple of things that he corrected most definitely saved premature aging of my water heater. Thank you!

The technician was very polite and courteous. He came when he said he would and had the repair fixed within minutes. Even though I gave this 4 stars I did have a terrible time getting through to the Rheem company to activate my warranty. I was without hot water for 10 days because you have to sit on hold forever and I was having a terrible time trying to get through.
